I, and my company, understand and agree to the following potential late fees, to be chanrged to the credit card used for deposit:

(a) For each lead retrieval device not returned one (1) hour of the show floor closing on the last day of the show, a late fee of $200.00 per hour will be charged, not to exceed a total of $1500.00.
(b) A $1500.00 fee will be charged for any lead retrieval devices rented through GRS and not returned within 24 hours.
(c) Our company, not Global Registration Solutions or Management, is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of each lead retrieval unit rented. We will pay for any damage to the lead retrieval units incurred during our rental.

No refunds after 10/29/2025. On-site orders limitd to availability. Cancellations will result in a 10% credit card and transaction fee.

Custom Lead Qualifiers are available on-line or we will provide you with a form to fiil out and return to us.
Company is responsible to pay all applicable Federal, State or Local taxes. If the application tax is different from the published rate at the time of placing the order, then Contractor may adjust the tax due by the company accordingly. If you are tax exempt in the state in which you will be exhibiting, you must provide a Sales Tax Exempt Certificate for that state. Please email this certificate to info@globalregsolutions.com.
No refunds will be given on-site. All refunds requests must be made in writing no later than 10/29/2025 to cathy@globalregsolutions.com.
